What:
Together with a team of experienced counselors and application helpers, Barbara Connolly, JD, CEP, former admissions reader at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and expert college consultant, will help students learn about applying to college, including applying to the University of Michigan.
Participants will:
✔️ Create an activity résumé/profile
✔️ Create a college list
✔️ Write and edit the main Common Application essay (Personal Statement)
✔️Draft one supplemental essay
✔️Complete the remaining portions of the Common Application
✔️ And more!
Each day students will engage in interactive learning about the college application process, work in small groups, work independently, and have a one-on-one consultation with a counselor.
Maximum 12 students in the retreat, minimum 6 students.
