Kathryn

Kathryn is an Independent College Admission Consultant with 15 years of experience working with students on admission to a broad range of colleges. She has significant expertise in helping students apply for admission to the University of Michigan.

Kathryn loves to assist students in building their applications through course selection and meaningful extra-curricular activities and then guiding them through the rigorous application process to uncover and articulate each student’s unique story. She offers a wealth of experience coupled with a calm, steady presence to the families she supports.

Following a career in Estate Administration, Kathryn was motivated by her four children to turn her focus to education, serving as a tutor, a member of Math and English curriculum teams in her school district, and on committees developing district-wide policies on student grade reporting to colleges. All four of her children received multiple admissions and scholarships to highly competitive collegiate programs.

She has a bachelor’s degree in English and Russian from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management at Michigan State University.
