Rose

Rose is a career counselor who has more than 20 years’ experience coaching, training, and mentoring students and professionals in the areas of career exploration and job search preparation.

She specializes in career decision and transition, resume guidance, job search skills and strategy, young adult career launching, entrepreneurship, interview prep, and all other aspects of career development. She is very experienced with undergraduate students, graduate students, and post-graduate students.

Rose has been an adjunct faculty member teaching the following courses: 

• Career Planning and Student Life Skills,

• Career Success Strategies, 

• Honors Leadership Development, and

• Career Courses for Master of Public Health students.

She has served as the Director of a university career center.

Rose was a career changer herself, previously holding roles in sales, marketing and management in several large corporations. Because of this, she understands the culture, the pressures, and the issues involved in business.

Rose earned a Master of Education, Human Services & Counseling, from DePaul University in Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
