As a career advisor, Mary Ann draws on her experience as a corporate lawyer and chief human resources officer to teach career launchers how to research and target jobs and prepare to confidently present themselves in interviews.


Marco is expert in tutoring Microsoft Access and Excel. He has two master’s degrees, on in Industrial Technology and one in Industrial & Systems Engineering.

Adam, a former Boston Public School teacher with a Master’s degree from Boston College, and a mental health counselor, is a Test Prep expert and tutor of numerous subjects.


Gordon is a consultant for students interested in Public Health programs. He has more than 30 years experience as a health care administrator after earning a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Michigan.

Konnie worked for 17 years coordinating standardized testing and for over 10 years as an SSD Coordinator at a college prep school.

Sam is an emeritus tutor for College Choice Counseling who graduated cum laude with an A.B. from Harvard and #1 in his class from WashU Law School.



For over 35 years Drew has lived on boarding school campuses in Connecticut, Maryland, and Michigan where he has taught, coached, and been director of admission.


Andrew is the Western Michigan Associate of College Choice Counseling. He has a Master's of Education from Grand Valley State University.


Natosha has proctored ACT and SAT exams for more than 14 years at a college prep school. She is also very familiar with the administration of ACT and SAT testing with extended time and other accommodations.

Patricia graduated from Western Michigan University with a B.A. in Speech Communications, Theatre and English.


John taught for 31 years in the Southfield and Birmingham, Michigan Public Schools. He has reviewed large numbers of college applications and essays for his students.


Danica works with students on their college essays, helping students through all stages of the writing process to express their most authentic and clear voice.



Elisabeth earned her Bachelor's of Science from Temple University in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Special Education.
